Sap Calculator version 3.1 has been approved by the BRE for use in Scotland under section 6 of the Technical Standards. Version 3.1 includes generation of the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in PDF format ready to email to Building Control and compliance with the simplified method as defined in section 6.
