• Create new project on our server publish the O&M template, setup project
• Update Project team members and notify via email
• Assign tasks to project members
• Setup administration user e-mail username and password
• Monitor task deadlines to ensure documents are produced on time
• Setup backup procedure to backup project server overnight to remote location
• Production of final documentation on CD ROM (4 copies)
