The SAP Calculator comes in four versions.

• Free demonstration version to check compliance with part L1 includes the Building Regulations database. You need to register to get the free version.
• SAP Designer version as above but including production of sap reports for submission to building control for new build and extensions. Just £130 per year.
• SAP Energy Performance Certificates for use with BRE scheme £200 per year
• SAP Energy Performance Certificates Scotland. For use in Scotland to produce EPC and the simplified method. £200.
